Weird problem I spent most of yesterday on.
Our website for LMS has an upload function. Regularly teachers upload large files (videos).
Nearly every machine in school is slow. (150mb file 2 mins HTTPS, over http forcing the site to go that way 5 seconds, 1gb connection).
