We are currently using internal Cisco ASA firewall and moving to external firewall during the half term. The new firewall is Juniper hardware which is installed for our broadband. The company will do all the configuration on their Juniper firewall side but we need to carry out work on our HP core...

Who performs "monitoring" at their Secondary schools?
Was at a Smoothwall User Conference yesterday, struck me how many schools were using "Monitoring", we only have "Filtering" in place.
Wondered if this was now common to have some kind of monitoring in place on the internet enabled devices?

Not so impressed with our filtering service since a glaring hole in SSL decrypt and inspect was found so I'm looking at alternatives;

LGfL subscription
We are about to sign with LGfL/TRUSTnet as we're not happy with our current provider. We are happy with their quote and their package. Our IT technician only works 1 day a week so we don't have that much support.
Is there anything we should be considering/aware of before sending all the forms?
